GrThis July, Homa officially launched our 2026 Graduate Programme, welcoming 125 new graduates as they begin their careers at Homa.
Known internally as the 2026 Homa Rising Stars, this year’s cohort marks another step in Homa’s long-term commitment to young talent development. Since its launch in 2010, Homa’s Graduate Programme has supported the development of more than 1,600 graduates, becoming a core part of the company’s long-term talent pipeline for future business, manufacturing and management growth.
The new graduates are joining Homa at a key stage of global growth. Today, Homa serves more than 600 global customers, employs around 14,000 people, and operates four manufacturing hubs with 12 factories across China and Thailand. As Homa continues to expand its global manufacturing network and advance smart manufacturing, developing young talent has become essential to supporting the company’s next stage of growth.
At the opening ceremony, Michael Yao, CEO of Homa, welcomed the new graduates and encouraged them to build their careers through long-term commitment to real industry. “Great companies are built by like-minded young people with a shared vision and dream, who stay grounded and create over the long term,” he said.

Unlike a short-term induction programme, Homa’s Graduate Programme is designed as a structured growth journey. For new graduates, Homa has extended its development focus from the first few months of onboarding to a three-year growth cycle, supported by a dual-mentor system, alumni sharing sessions, regular check-ins, personalised learning plans and further development opportunities, helping graduates receive guidance at different stages of growth.

As the first stage of Homa’s three-year development journey, the July training lays the foundation for each graduate’s long-term growth. It helps new graduates complete their initial transition from campus to workplace, understand Homa’s culture, systems and manufacturing standards, and prepare for the next stages of on-the-job practice, mentor guidance and professional development. From 1 to 31 July, the 2026 Homa Rising Stars will take part in 76 learning, factory experience and team engagement activities across six modules: corporate orientation, product knowledge, self-awareness, practical skills, interactive learning and team integration.

The programme combines company orientation, safety training, product knowledge, manufacturing practice and workplace skills. New graduates will learn about Homa’s structure, production processes, quality and process control, new product development and the smart manufacturing systems, while production line visits and hands-on factory experiences help them connect classroom learning with real operations.
For Homa, the Graduate Programme is not only about welcoming new employees. It is part of the company’s broader talent strategy to support long-term, high-quality growth. Through the programme, Homa aims to help new graduates understand the company from the ground up, build solid professional foundations and grow into future specialists, managers and leaders.

Rooted in industry and connected to global markets, the 2026 Homa Rising Stars are beginning their journey to grow with Homa and contribute to the company’s next chapter of global development.
