Design for Experience: Homa’s Upgraded Exhibition at Canton Fair 2026

Listen to the audio version of this article. Duration: 10 minutes.

From 15 to 19 April 2026, Homa is once again welcoming global partners at the Canton Fair in Guangzhou.

This year, under the theme of DESIGN, we have elevated our exhibition — not simply as a product display, but as a space shaped around how visitors move, understand, and connect.

Booth Structure: Main & Special Booth, Seamlessly Connected

This time, our main booth and special booth are brought closer together, within just 20 metres, creating a more intuitive and connected layout. Together, they form a seamless dual experience.

Our main booth, “The Landmark”, where premium new products take centre stage, offering a clear view of our product development capabilities. As a dual-level space, it also provides a more open environment for conversation — supporting closer engagement, partnership, and hospitality.

Our special booth, “The Selection”, is more focused and agile. It brings together our region-tailored solutions, allowing visitors to quickly explore what works for different markets, from American style to Japanese living. Connected through a corridor, it also features a dedicated VIP lounge, offering a more private and refined space for discussion.

Moving between the two, visitors can shift naturally from overview to detail — from understanding our overall capabilities to exploring solutions for specific needs.

Product Display: Making Design and Technology Visible

For us, design is not abstract, but something to be seen and understood.

Drawing inspiration from global exhibitions such as IFA, we have refined how our products are presented. Instead of standalone displays, refrigerators are integrated within cabinetry, showcasing more built-in and slot-in solutions in a more realistic setting — closer to everyday life.

This thinking extends beyond the products themselves. Our Design Magazine, recognised by the 2026 iF Design Award, is brought into the space through a dedicated display featuring all eight editions. It reflects how we observe global lifestyles, translate insights into product thinking, and continuously refine our design approach.

At the same time, our Intelligent Living Solutions Area brings our latest thinking on AI into view. For us, technology should not feel distant or complex. It should help people understand more, not less. Through transparent display and visual storytelling, intelligent connectivity and food preservation become easier to see and easier to relate to.

Visitor Journey: Designed for Comfort, Clarity and Conversation

Beyond layout and presentation, we have carefully designed the entire visitor journey.

From arrival, our reception team provides clear guidance and support, complemented by well-structured materials that make information easy to access and understand.

Throughout the space, every detail — from furniture and lighting to floral arrangements and subtle spatial accents — has been thoughtfully refined to create a more comfortable and welcoming environment, one that supports not only product exploration, but also open and focused conversation.

At Homa, as a pure ODM specialist in the cooling industry, design is the foundation of everything we do. It shapes not only how we develop products, but also how we build every interaction with our partners.

Beyond delivering products, we aim to create a clearer, more comfortable, and more engaging journey — where our approach to design can be truly felt. This is how we continue to grow as your partner of choice — now and into the future.

We look forward to welcoming you at Canton Fair 2026.
