After the door panels are produced on the fully automated installation line, they go through different processes before being transferred to the 3rd floor for final assembly. For multi-door refrigerators, which often have four or more doors, it is easy to mix up the panels. The digital system automatically classifies and sorts the panels, placing all the doors for the same refrigerator on a single transport vehicle, each with a corresponding vehicle number. Each refrigerator is assigned its own door transport vehicle. The MES digital system ensures a one-to-one correspondence. The production worker only needs to move the correct door panel to the refrigerator on their workstation for installation, ensuring no errors are made. This process guarantees both our overall production efficiency and product quality.
