Xi is appointed as Assistant of Chairman, reporting to Chairman of the Board Shi’er Cai.
He oversees our production infrastructure operation and is responsible for the construction of Homa’s new No-Frost District.
Since joining Homa in 2007, he began his career as the production plant manager of Factory #2, then demonstrated his resilience and visionary leadership by holding key responsibilities in the construction of Factory #3, #5, #6, #7, component, freezer and CKD.
He also serves as the Party branch secretary and deepen Homa’s connections with local authorities.
