This is the first station of the Side Panel Forming Line, and a prime example of our flexible production capabilities.

At Factory #9, sheet metal components can undergo one-key switching for shape, mould, and material.

Taking this forming line as an example, it features a dynamic dual-layer structure with eight material trays.

When the top four trays slide back and exit, the bottom four are revealed. A robotic arm then moves laterally to accurately select the required sheet type for production.

This design allows up to eight types of materials to be prepared simultaneously, enabling one-click material changeover and the production of eight different panel types on a single line.
