On 9 November, Homa’s annual Welding and Quality Inspection Competition was held at the company’s headquarters, bringing together the finest talent in a showcase of skill and teamwork.

This year’s event once again tested the finest welding and inspection talent, pushing participants to demonstrate their technical mastery under pressure. The welding challenge featured four demanding categories—Copper-to-Copper, Copper-to-Iron, Aluminium-to-Aluminium, and All-around Welding—each requiring a deep understanding of materials, heat application, and structural integrity. Beyond steady hands and technical knowledge, competitors had to adapt to evolving tools and methodologies, reflecting the ever-changing nature of modern manufacturing.
On the inspection side, participants were put through three rigorous tests: visual inspection, structural measurement, and a high-speed technical quiz.
